Description |
Medium sized, open-topped basket. Has 4 sets of Indian cone bells around top and above bottom. Bottom of basket is deeply con-cave. Coil work is open enough to see spokes. Coils run vertically. Top is rimmed and over-cast. Bells are attached by a leather thong. Thong goes through basket, then back out, each end has a knot with the cone bell clasped around it. Bells are triangles of metal without points. There is no "clapper". Proximity causes bells to jingle. |
